Return & Exchange
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price. All you need to do is drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within a period of 7 days, from the date of order delivered. However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
Due to Covid-19, anything bought during pandemic tenure is not Exchangeable / Refundable and 7 days return policy is void till further notice!
7 days return policy:
We have 7 days return policy only for Ready to wear products. Please drop an email at email@example.com within a period of 7 days, from the date of order delivered or call our customer service department at +92 21 35121558 & 35121511, to initiate the return policy.
Sale Return policy:
For Overseas orders - Once we initiate the return process, we ask customer to send the order back using any reliable / cheaper courier service and the cost will be born by the customer. Upon receipt of the order, we will get it checked in our quality department and after their satisfaction, refund will be issued for an amount of outfit's value.
Refund/ replacement for goods:
Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Threads & Motifs QA team.
Damages due to neglect:
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
Rules for Promotional Offers:
Some special rules for promotional offers may override "Threads & Motifs 7-day Returns Policy”. If a product is bought during Sale / Discount offer will not be Exchangeable / Refundable.
Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
Complain Review Time:
Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 72 hrs to have the complain review, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
Return / Exchange Exceptions:
If the product is from Formal / Semi Formal wear / made on customer's demand i.e. using custom measurements or with change of style then other Returns & Exchanges conditions are void and return / exchange will not be possible at all.
