Shipping Information

Our first step:

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing order confirmation and a summary of the order with an estimated delivery time.

 

Estimated delivery time:

Standard Production lead time is 15-20 days after order receipt.

Expected shipping transit time for overseas order deliveries will be 4-5 business days through DHL or FedEx whereas order deliveries within Pakistan are 2-3 business days.

Threads and Motifs is not responsible for any destination Customs duties / taxes as we do not know each destination Customs' regulations so if their Customs charges any duties / taxes, Customer will be responsible to pay for it.

If any product is out of our inventory, re-production time 12-15 days will be required in addition to the above timelines, at this point the best possible delivery date will be communicated by our representative with the customer over email or phone.
